Where should I do my branding photos?

After you inquire, I’ll share a guide with studio options in Arizona that I recommend. It includes websites, locations, vibe/aesthetic notes, pricing, booking info, and sample images so you can get a feel for each space.
Who books the studio for my branding shoot?
For branding sessions, most clients prefer to book their own studio so you can choose a space that aligns with your brand, style, and budget. After our initial call, I’ll send over a curated list of studios that fit your vision — you simply pick the one you love and share the confirmation with me.
Prefer a more hands-off experience? I’m happy to book the studio for you. Studio fees will be added directly to your final invoice.
How many outfits should I bring?
Most clients bring 1-3 outfits depending on your time available and how much variety you’d like in your final gallery. We can chat through your brand colors, messaging, and overall vibe so you feel confident picking pieces that photograph beautifully. I’m also happy to help you choose outfits if you’re unsure!
What should I bring to my branding shoot?
Your personality and your outfits will be the heart of the session, but props can bring your brand to life — especially in a studio setting where the space is intentionally minimal.
I always recommend bringing key pieces that represent your work (ex: photographers bring their cameras, yoga instructors bring their mats, florists bringing flowers, etc.).
I also have a “Branding” Pinterest board filled with posing and prop inspiration you’re welcome to browse.
What’s the turnaround time for branding photos?
Branding galleries are delivered within 2 weeks. If you have a launch or deadline, let me know — I can offer a rush delivery option if needed.

Fill out the inquiry form and share more about your brand, vision and date. I’ll reply within 48 hours to set up a quick call to chat through all the details and any questions you might have! This typically includes studio locations, timing/lighting, brand aesthetic, props/outfit ideas, etc.
After our chat, I’ll send a follow up email with everything we talked about and package options.
Once you’ve had time to look everything over and decide what fits your needs the best, I’ll send over a personalized quote/contract detailing all the info, so we are both on the same page moving forward.
You’ll select and secure your studio rental — this gives you full creative control over the environment, color palette, and budget. Once booked, just send me the confirmation and we’re set.

If you’d rather keep things streamlined, I can book the studio on your behalf. I’ll add the studio fee to your contract so everything is in one place.
Now that all the details are sorted out, it’s time for the fun stuff. We’ll be in contact to make sure everything goes smoothly leading up and then meet at your chosen studio day-of.
I try to send a handful of sneak peaks within 72 hrs and then your full gallery will be uploaded shortly after!
